New Statements for November: Update
As most of you are aware, we recently changed providers for our merchant statements in order to provide you with a better, clearer merchant statement. Although that statement transition did take place successfully, we were just informed that, despite requests from Axia and efforts from the old statement provider to close those files, our former provider failed to close it effectively. Therefore you will receive a November merchant statement from our old provider (with no sales activity on it) by mistake. If there happens to be any minimum fees that were triggered due to this error, you will see a subsequent, immediate credit to your account for those erroneous fees. This probably will not affect you, but we wanted to be proactive in notifying you of a potential duplicate statement in order to clear up any confusion. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience with the matter.
